The Yukon Wildlife Park is a 700-plus-acre, semi-release park that is home to 13 species of animals unique to northern Canada. Animals to be seen include different species of elk, mergansers, mountain goats, thin-horned sheep, musk oxen, yaks, red foxes, arctic foxes, bobcats, hares, squirrels, and more. In winter, you can take a bus tour (English explanation). No feeding is allowed!

After visiting the zoo, you can go to the nearby Takhini Hot Springs to relax! The hot springs were discovered by explorers in 1899 and were bought by businessmen in 1907 for $2 per acre. The water temperature is 47 degrees Celsius and is rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, and other minerals.

Imagine in the very cold weather, flying to the pool to enjoy the gift of nature is also a very pleasant thing!

A small reminder.

It is recommended that you bring your own swimsuit, but you can also rent swimsuits, bath towels, slippers, etc. provided by the spa. All items have been safely disinfected and can be used without worry.
